For this reason, every PÁRCH piece is supported by our Craftsmanship Warranty and Lifetime Care Program.

2-Year Craftsmanship Warranty

Every PÁRCH product is covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.

This warranty covers:

Stitching failures under normal use
Defective hardware, clasps, magnets, or zippers
Structural defects in craftsmanship
Manufacturing-related faults in assembly or construction

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, PÁRCH will repair or replace the product at no cost.

What Is Not Covered

Leather is a natural material that develops character over time. Therefore, the warranty does not cover:

Natural aging and patina of leather
Scratches, stains, or discoloration caused by use
Damage caused by water, heat, moisture, or chemicals
Accidents, misuse, neglect, or improper storage
Normal wear resulting from everyday use

These changes are considered part of the unique journey of each leather piece.

Lifetime Care Program

Long after the warranty period has ended, your PÁRCH piece remains eligible for our Lifetime Care Program.

Whenever possible, we offer repair and restoration services to help extend the life of your product, including:

Stitching repairs
Edge paint restoration
Hardware replacement
Strap repairs
Leather care and restoration
Structural repairs when feasible

During the warranty period, manufacturing-related repairs are provided free of charge. After the warranty period, restoration services may be offered at a reasonable workshop fee depending on the scope of work required.
