Please read the agreement below carefully before becoming a member of our site.

1. Parties

a) HOPA TEKSTİL İTHALAT İHRACAT SANAYİ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ, residing at GÜLTEPE MAH. YEŞİLÇAY SK. 3 / 22 İSTANBUL / KAĞITHANE, which carries out the activities of the parchfashion.com website (hereinafter referred to as Párch Fashion Studio).

b) Internet user who is a member of parchfashion.com website ("Member")

2. Subject of the Agreement

The subject of this Agreement is to determine the terms of the member's use of the parchfashion.com website owned by Párch Fashion Studio.

3. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

3.1. The Member declares and undertakes that the personal and other information provided while becoming a member of the parchfashion.com website is accurate under the laws, and that Párch Fashion Studio will immediately and exactly compensate for all damages it may incur due to the inaccuracy of this information.

3.2. The Member cannot give the password given to him by Párch Fashion Studio to other persons or organizations; the right to use the said password belongs to the Member personally. For this reason, Párch Fashion Studio reserves all rights to compensation and other claims arising from such unauthorized use against all liabilities that may arise and all claims and demands that may be put forward by third parties or authorized authorities against Párch Fashion Studio.

3.3. The Member accepts and undertakes in advance to comply with the provisions of the legal legislation and not to violate them while using the parchfashion.com website. Otherwise, all legal and criminal liabilities will bind the member completely and exclusively.

3.4. The Member cannot use the parchfashion.com website in any way that disturbs public order, is contrary to general morality, disturbs and harasses others, for an illegal purpose, or infringes on the intellectual and copyright rights of others. In addition, the member cannot engage in activities (spam, viruses, Trojan horses, etc.) and transactions that prevent or make it difficult for others to use the services.

3.5. The ideas and thoughts declared, written, and used by the members on the parchfashion.com website are entirely the personal views of the members and bind the owner of the opinion. These views and thoughts have no relation or connection with Párch Fashion Studio. Párch Fashion Studio has no responsibility for any damages that third parties may suffer due to the ideas and opinions declared by the member and for any damages that the member may suffer due to the ideas and opinions declared by third parties.

3.6. Párch Fashion Studio shall not be responsible for any unauthorized reading of member data and for any damage that may occur to member software and data. The Member has agreed in advance not to claim compensation from Párch Fashion Studio for any damage that may be incurred due to the use of the parchfashion.com website.

3.7. The Member has agreed not to access or use the software and data of other internet users without permission. Otherwise, the legal and criminal responsibilities arising from this belong entirely to the member.

3.8. The member who violates one or more of the articles listed in this membership agreement will be personally responsible criminally and legally due to this violation, and will keep Párch Fashion Studio free from the legal and criminal consequences of these violations. In addition; in case of this violation, if the event is brought to the legal field, Párch Fashion Studio reserves the right to claim compensation from the member for non-compliance with the membership agreement.

3.9. Párch Fashion Studio always has the right to unilaterally delete the membership of the member, delete files, documents, and information belonging to the customer, when necessary, without prior notice and/or warning. The Member accepts this disposition in advance. In this case, Párch Fashion Studio has no responsibility.

3.10. The software and design of the parchfashion.com website are the property of Párch Fashion Studio, and the copyright and/or other intellectual property rights related to them are protected by relevant laws, and they cannot be used, acquired, or changed by the member without permission. Other companies and their products mentioned on this website are trademarks of their owners and are also protected under intellectual property rights.

3.11. Párch Fashion Studio may collect some information, such as the name of the Internet service provider used to access the site and the Internet Protocol (IP) address, the date and time of access to the Site, the pages accessed while on the site, and the Internet address of the Website that provides direct connection to the site, for the purpose of improving and developing the parchfashion.com website and/or within the framework of legal regulations.

3.12. Párch Fashion Studio may disclose the personal information of the member when required as a legal obligation or when (a) acting in accordance with legal requirements or complying with legal processes notified to Párch Fashion Studio; (b) in cases where it is deemed necessary in good faith to protect and defend the rights and property of Párch Fashion Studio and the parchfashion.com website family.

3.13. Measures have been taken within the available possibilities to ensure that the Párch Fashion Studio website is free of viruses and similar malicious software. In addition, for the final security, the user must provide their own virus protection system and ensure the necessary protection. In this context, by entering the Párch Fashion Studio website, the member is deemed to have accepted that he is responsible for all errors that may occur in his own software and operating systems and their direct or indirect consequences.

3.14. Párch Fashion Studio reserves the right to change the content of the site, change or terminate any service provided to users, or delete user information and data registered on the Párch Fashion Studio website at any time.

3.15. Párch Fashion Studio may change, update, or cancel the terms of the membership agreement at any time without any prior notice and/or warning. Every provision that is changed, updated, or repealed will be effective for all members on the date of publication.

3.16. The parties accept and declare that all computer records of Párch Fashion Studio will be taken as the sole and real exclusive evidence, in accordance with Article 287 of the Code of Civil Procedure, and that the said records constitute an evidence agreement.

3.17. Párch Fashion Studio, in accordance with this membership agreement, has the authority to send informative e-mails to the registered e-mail addresses of its members and informative SMS messages to their mobile phones, and the member will be deemed to have accepted the sending of informative e-mails to their e-mail address and informative SMS messages to their mobile phone by approving this membership agreement.

4. Termination of the Agreement

This agreement will remain in force until the member cancels their membership or until their membership is canceled by Párch Fashion Studio. Párch Fashion Studio will be able to unilaterally terminate the agreement by canceling the member's membership if the member violates any provision of the membership agreement.

5. Resolution of Disputes

Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized in disputes related to this agreement.

6. Effectiveness

The member's registration means that the member has read all the articles in the membership agreement and accepts the articles in the membership agreement. This Agreement was concluded and entered into force mutually at the moment the member became a member.
